Join CofC Orchestra and conductor Yuriy Bekker in an exciting program, featuring CofC student, Zachary Butler, playing selection from Elgar's lush and romantic Cello Concerto. The program will also feature Charleston's beloved trumpeter, Antonio Marti joined by guest trumpeter from Spain, Ernesto Chulia, in Vivaldi's Concerto for Two Trumpets. The program will culminate with the repertoire that the CofC Orchestra will take on tour to the Kennedy Center this winter, including the Brahms' Academic Festival Overture, with its masterful balance of serious and light-hearted elements.
